Public health powerpoint presentation (program evaluation 2)

its due friday may 18th 10 am eastern standard time.  cannot be late!!

instructions are included as well as an example will be provided along with the grading rubrics.  Make sure everything asked for in the grading rubric is in the powerpoint or maximum points.  Must write on a Masters level with no grammatical errors. Must be a title and reference page and it must be AMA.  if any questions, look at the example program evaluation 1 which is (diabetic camps for kids) .  Notes must be at the bottom of each slide.  Just check out the example.  read the assignment , then i will upload the example.
