Writing Question

An autoethnography is a cultural narrative in which the author examines their lived experiences in context of research, and as a means to understand larger social, political, economic phenomena shaping our lives and those with whom we culturally identify or are identified. In this class, you will write a 5–7 page autoethnography including:

• your personal/work/educational experiences
• your leadership traits
• a leadership theory
• how the theory and your traits have shaped your trajectory as a leader
• include your 5, 10, and 15-year goals.
• describe the type of organization you will pursue
• what leadership model you will use to lead and why
• challenges you expect and how you will overcome them
• what you learned from this class that you will apply to your leadership skills

Please include a cover page and a reference page (not part of written pages). Using APA format, site at least 4 articles ( articles from the reading can be used).
