Please prepare a memorandum with three parts:

First, choose an actual firm/business and analyze its culture based upon the elements reviewed in the lecture notes. You should list in bullet format a minimum of 10 cultural characteristics of the company analyzed.

Identify:

• 6-7 Artifacts;
• 3 Espoused Values; and
• 1 underlying Assumption (if you can find one).

Second, take the findings of your analysis and compare the cultural values of the firm/business you chose to your personal values. Then summarize your analysis by deciding if this could be a fit between you and the organization analyzed. Do this by writing a short personal reflection that compares the corporate culture of the organization and your personal values. Are the values in alignment? Is there anything that you learned about the corporate culture that causes you concern based on your own values? Be sure to list your values and how they are in alignment (or not) in this part of the assignment.

Third, create 4 interview questions that you would ask in an interview with the firm/business to assess the culture of the organization. Use the information provided in the PowerPoint to help you craft interview questions that you would ask during an interview for the company that you researched.

Please submit your work by attaching a Word Document or PDF. Again, I am requesting that you prepare this assignment using a memorandum format with three separate sections outlining the material requested above. Please address your memo to me, include the date, and reference the heading of this document (e.g. Organizational Culture and Personal Fit of Lenovo). As a university student, your document should be free of grammatical errors, be neat, and be professional. Points will be deducted if you completely ignore spelling and/or grammatical rules.
