Write a Complaint Letter!
1.Remember a time when you had a negative experience, perhaps poor service, or you were overcharged, or you received a broken product when you ordered it online. Write a properly formatted complaint letter to the company/business. Address the letter to supervisor or manager.
2.Clearly state what went wrong. Provide all the details and evidence possible, using facts and examples. And tell the reader what you expect them to do to resolve the problem.
3.Watch your tone and language.
4.Show that you understand your intended audience (who is the reader?).
