1. Brian offers to sell his Suzuki motor car for $950,000. Jane wrote accepting the car for $940,000. Brian refuses to sell the car for $940,000. Subsequently, Jane wrote saying she now agrees to purchase the car for $950,000 but Brian refuses to sell her the car for $950,000. Jane sues for “specific performance of the contract”.
