I graduated from law school, and in June I interviewed with a firm
in Springfield Massachusetts, Condor, Jackal and Vulture. At the end of the interview, I received the following job offer. “We will hire you if you pass the Massachusetts’ Bar.”
I took the bar in July, but the results did not come out until the second week of November [this is the same every year]. In September, the job offer is revoked, and I sue for breach of contract.
[a] What will I argue in support of my position?
[b] What will the law firm argue in defense?
[c] Who wins, and why?
Please explain fully.
