Kirkpatrick’s levels of training assessment is the most widely used model of training in the world. This is to mean that it is the commonest model in the world. This training assessment constitutes of four levels that are used for guidance purposes in training in the human resource sector. This brings about a level ground to work with (Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick, 2010).
