Chinese cuisine or Asian cuisine will be a growing trend in US. Following the global trend, more and more cuisine become globally, more and more new style cuisines are growing fest, for example, new American, new Mexican, and new India. Based the Chinatown history in the US, the Chinese food already had a strong base and impression in American. In my opinion, the new Chinese cuisine will be a trend in the US.
