Looking at the empirical study involving employees from 32 SMEs in the UK on how they approach socio-technical principles in the design of their work systems.
- To what extent employees did engaged with decision-making, change in work practices, and job satisfaction?
- Based on the finding revealing employees would prefer more responsibilities, more involvement in the decision making, and in the change of work practices. Do you think that employees in the USA feel the same? Do some research and support your claims.
