As agent, helping players to make the transition from professional player into retirement must be our priority. Therefor we will need to seat down with players right after we signed them and talk about post career.
Soccer (Football) career is short, and players must be aware of post soccer career. A bad injury can happen at any time, that is why they have to think education and put themselves into it while they are playing soccer. And also, they must figure out what to do after soccer. Once everything is established, as agent, we work to help them achieve their goals by advising and making sure all is going the way they have to.
It won’t be easy to follow someone through his becoming, but it is part of our job and we have to success. Happiness comes after hard work.
